- Discipleship: We are Bible centered, Jesus focused, vertical disciples who make then unleash other disciple makers into the world.
- Growth: We are unafraid of feedback because we know in a culture of grace and truth the feedback is for our good and the church’s growth—spiritually and numerically.
- Service: We are selfless, outward-minded disciples, looking out for the interests of others before our own.
- Integrity: We say and do the right things even in the hard times, because the world will never believe our message if they don’t see its power in us, the Church.
- Grace: We are shocked if a person does not struggle in some way with sin. We are overwhelming in our love and overflowing in our grace to a hurting world.
- Vertical Living: We are new-life-given, raised, vertical-life-living men and women who wish to see God move through our lives to accomplish more than we could ask or image.
